Job Description

CONSTRUCTION LABORER

Essential Duties, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Position is physically demanding. Requires candidate to be a hard worker and motivated employee. Ability to work in a physical, fast paced environment and possess excellent work ethic. Laborer will have varied experience and the ability to work without close supervision. Perform variety of tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools, such as demolishing buildings, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, mounting pipe hangers, and cutting and attaching insulation material. Assist in erecting scaffolding, shoring, and braces. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Must adhere to all Company safety guidelines. Ability to travel, have a good driving record and accident history.

This position may grow into a heavy equipment operator position and possibly a superintendent position if the successful candidate demonstrates a good work ethic and a strong understanding of the construction process.
