Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Laborer for high-end residential demolition projects in Manhattan, NY. The role involves site cleanup, material delivery, and assisting trades to complete jobs on a Monday–Friday schedule, 7/8:00 am to 3/4:00 pm. Safe operation of hand and power tools and working with Project Managers to maintain a clean, organized site are essential.

This permanent onsite role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth across multiple projects after direct hire.

Qualifications

• Experience with general labor and construction tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to carry out cleaning tasks on a construction site.
• High-end residential experience is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• SST certification is required.

Work Environment

This position involves working on high-end residential demolition projects located above 59th Street. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7/8:00 am to 3/4:00 pm. Employees report to the Project Managers, ensuring a structured and supportive work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
