Job summary

Ritz-Craft Corporation is seeking a Construction Laborer to support the production line for building modular homes in a controlled environment. You will follow supervisor direction, read blueprints, and work with teammates to ensure efficient, safe work on each build.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a positive team mindset, and be punctual. Willingness to assist in other departments and maintain high integrity is required.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and understanding project requirements.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards on site.
• 1+ year of work experience in construction or manufacturing.
