Ritz-Craft is seeking a General Construction Laborer to support our modular home production line. You will work to ensure tasks align with blueprints and contribute to building structurally sound homes in a team-focused environment.

You will follow supervisor directions, read blueprints, and keep work areas clean and safe while communicating effectively with teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years work experience in construction or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Team player who communicates effectively.
