You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure timely and quality home construction, coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials, and maintaining project documentation. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and customer service to ensure homeowners are satisfied with the finished homes.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience including knowledge of building codes and standards.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an assistant superintendent for a Residential Home Builder.
