A.L. Prudente Inc., a family-owned excavating company based in Downingtown, PA, is seeking a qualified Construction Laborer to join our team.
The full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience and responsibilities include shoveling, grading stone, laying pipe, operating equipment, and maintaining safety on all sites. Our shop is in Downingtown, and we serve the Main Line area and western suburbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience.
- Basic knowledge of construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- English speaking.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Construction Laborer (Full-Time)
Minimum 2 years
A.L. Prudente Inc., a family-owned excavating company, with over 50 years of operating, is seeking a qualified Construction Laborer to join our team. Our company specializes in custom residential construction projects in the Main Line area and western suburbs. Our shop is located in Downingtown, PA.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed like shoveling, grading stone, using a laser, laying pipe and more.
- Ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites
- Basic knowledge of construction sites
- Ability to work Mondays - Fridays
- Valid driver's license
- English speaking
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- $22+ per hour, based on experience

- Overtime rate (1.5x hourly rate) after 40 hours
