The role involves general labor tasks on residential sites, shoveling, grading stone and pipe work, and supporting crew safety and efficiency. Weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered, including 100% paid health insurance for the employee and paid holidays.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of construction sites.

Job Description:

A.L. Prudente Inc., a family-owned excavating company, with over 50 years of operating, is seeking a qualified Construction Laborer to join our team. Our company specializes in custom residential construction projects in the Main Line area and western suburbs.Our shop is located in Downingtown, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks as needed like shoveling, grading stone, using a laser, laying pipe and more.
• Ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of construction sites
• Ability to work Mondays - Fridays
• Valid driver's license
• English speaking
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Benefits:

• $22+ per hour, based on experience

• Overtime rate (1.5x hourly rate) after 40 hours
