Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in heavy highway construction projects, including roadwork, asphalt, concrete, and infrastructure.
2. Perform concrete work, including pouring, forming, and finishing.
3. Operate hand and power tools for cutting, drilling, and material handling.
4. Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site.
6. Work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site needs.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license with less than 6 points and reliable transportation.
2. Must be willing and able to acquire a CDL with company training.
3. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
4. Experience in heavy highway, roadwork, or concrete construction but not required.
5. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
6. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
