Pinemar Ardmore, PA is hiring a Construction Laborer to support Superintendents, Foremen, Carpenters, and trade partners on residential projects. This role offers growth toward an Apprentice Carpenter and a long-term construction career in the Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Haul and dispose of scrap, packaging, and waste.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and deliveries.
• Sweep, clean, and prepare homes for inspections and walkthroughs.
• Assist the Superintendent with daily tasks and site setup.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite safety measures.
• Support trade contractors and project team as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep projects moving.

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Laborer to support our Superintendents, Foremen, Carpenters, and trade partners on residential construction projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how homes are built from the ground up. For the right person, the role can provide a path toward an Apprentice Carpenter position and continued growth within the construction industry.

What You'll Do

• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and free of debris throughout construction
• Haul and dispose of scrap materials, packaging, and jobsite waste
• Load, unload, stage, and organize building materials and deliveries
• Sweep, clean, and prepare homes for inspections, trades, and final walkthroughs
• Assist the Superintendent with daily tasks, site setup, and errands
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite safety measures
• Support trade contractors and the project team as needed
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep projects moving forward
