Job summary

Greystar Summer Internship Program invites you to launch and advance your construction career with in‑house experience on multimillion‑dollar projects. You’ll work on site management, quality control, and preconstruction activities across a variety Greystar projects.

The 10-week program runs June 2, 2027 – August 6, 2027, in Charlotte, NC, offering hands‑on responsibilities, mentorship, and networking with leaders across Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, and

Qualifications

Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
Ability to track, report, and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail and focus on quality.
Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related major; graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2029.

Responsibilities

Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
Handle project controls management, including RFIs, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
Assist the preconstruction team in performing quantity take offs, developing bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
