• Work closely with internal leaders to learn the homebuilding industry and a functional area.

• Translate classroom experience into practical internship work.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with other interns and leaders.
• Present real-world business recommendations to senior leadership.
• Write a paper focusing on the internship experience or another assigned topic.
