Job summary

Walbridge invites motivated students to join its internship program, offering hands-on experience in construction and engineering across field sites or corporate offices. Interns are assigned to areas such as Estimating, Scheduling, Field Operations, Design Management, Cost, and Technology for the summer.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute: Assist in coordination of on-site construction projects and engineering activities.
• Collaborate: Work with experienced team members including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers and others.
• Support: Complete documentation in support of subcontractor planning and administration to ensure quality of construction and alignment with project schedules.
• Interpret: Understand and interpret designs, drawings, specifications, submittals, and other construction documents.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Previous internship, construction, or military experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through projects, competitions, student organizations or volunteer work.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
