Job summary

Kittle-Property-Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern for the Triton Pointe project in St. Louis, MO. The role pays $15/hour and may include housing assistance if location is too far for daily travel.

You'll work with the office and onsite team to support preconstruction activities, procurement, documentation, and safety compliance. This internship emphasizes learning across construction operations and real-world project management skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Construction Program.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction team in sourcing quotes for vendors, subcontractors and materials.
• Perform data entry using various programs and format materials as required.
• Maintain the purchasing vendor database.
• Handle bids, files, and project documents.
• Phone polling contractors about bidding and contracts.
• Help qualify chosen subcontractors.
• Assist in day-to-day management of project operations and learning.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Interface with staff, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain daily work documentation and schedule adherence.
• Expedite subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines.
• Assist with onsite supervision alongside the project team.
• Explore other areas to learn about KPG operations.
