Job summary

Kittle-Property-Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern for the Triton Pointe project in St. Louis, MO, for Summer 2027.

The role involves supporting both office and onsite teams to complete a full range of construction activities. A paid apartment option may be available if location is too far for daily travel. The intern will assist with sourcing, data entry, vendor management, subcontractor qualification, and day-to-day project operations while learning safety regulations and company

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Construction Program.
• Basic knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction team in sourcing quotes for vendors, subcontractors and materials.
• Perform data entry and format material as required.
• Maintain purchasing vendor database.
• Handle bids, files and documents.
• Phone polling contractors about bidding and contracts.
• Qualify chosen Subcontractors.
• Assist in day-to-day project operations and learning opportunities.
• Support safety compliance and OSHA regulations on site.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Interface with staff, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain daily work documentation and project paperwork.
