Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern for the Triton Pointe project in St. Louis, MO. This role supports the office and onsite construction team in a hands-on learning environment.

You will assist with sourcing quotes, data entry, vendor management, and daily project documentation while gaining exposure to all facets of construction, safety compliance, and cost containment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Construction Program.
• Understanding of construction practices, processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction team in sourcing quotes for vendors, subcontractors and materials.
• Perform data entry and format material as required.
• Maintain the purchasing vendor database and bid files.
• Interface with staff, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to schedule and assist with daily project operations.
