Job summary

ENFRA Solutions in Louisville, KY invites a motivated student in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering to join our internship program. You will participate in mechanical installations planning for hospitals, hotels, and institutional facilities, gaining hands-on experience under supervision.

During the internship you will collect information, prepare reports, attend meetings, and contribute to project teams.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related business major with a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior classification.
• Must have reliable transportation to work daily.
• Ability to be punctual.
• Must have a great attitude towards work and others.
• Must be able to take initiative, provide quality work with a sense of urgency and reasonable productivity.
• Must be able to work independently to complete tasks with daily supervision.
• Must have respect for tools, equipment, supplies and be safety conscious.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create a master checklist of goals to guide the internship and serve as final evaluation.
• Assist departments with projects and estimating or business operations.
• Participate in special tasks and projects with the team.
• Collect information and maintain files, documents, spreadsheets, databases, reports and schedules.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Attend departmental and jobsite meetings.
• Perform tasks under supervision of PM or department staff.
• Participate in orientations, lunch & learns, jobsite tours, safety inspections.
• Study notes and procedures to learn company practices.
• Attend exit interview and provide feedback.
