Job summary

ENFRA LLC, a leader in energy infrastructure solutions, is offering a Mechanical Installations Internship for students. The role focuses on supporting hospital, hotel and institutional installations while you advance your education and gain hands-on experience.

You will work under supervision of project managers, assist with tasks, prepare reports, attend meetings, and learn company procedures while developing practical skills in estimations, project coordination, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited university in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have reliable transportation to work daily.
• Punctual and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to take initiative and produce quality work with urgency.
• Be safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Creates a master checklist of expectations and goals to use as a guide throughout the internship and then used as an evaluation at completion.
• Assists the departments and team with all aspects of the projects and estimating or business operations.
• Participates in special tasks/projects and work with team and various resources to complete.
• Assists by collecting information, creating and updating files, documents, spreadsheets, databases, reports and schedules.
• Prepares reports and presentations as needed.
• Attends departmental and jobsite meetings.
• Performs tasks under the supervision of an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or departmental staff.
• Participates in any learning experiences offered such as orientations, lunch & learns, outings, jobsite tours, safety inspections, etc.
• Studies meeting notes, policies and procedures to learn the company way.
• Attends the exit interview, providing feedback on the experience.
