Ideal candidates are enrolled in Construction or Manufacturing-related programs, willing to learn, able to work with tools, read blueprints, and follow safety and ISO 9001 guidelines. Mentorship and real project exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in Construction or Manufacturing-related field or leading to a degree in STEM fields.
• Willingness to learn and be mentored with a positive attitude and solid communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Tailor tasks to intern's experience level and abilities.
• Identify and implement improvements to drive increases in daily output.
• Follow ISO 9001 policies and production guidelines.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble bolted tank systems.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, prints, and instructions.
• Provide regular updates to the manager on task status.
• Present project results to management or department personnel.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
