Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a motivated professional to support project teams on site. The role involves assisting with field coordination, documentation, and data collection to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.

You will work with project engineers, superintendents, and trade partners to understand means and methodologies, while contributing to safety, meetings, and procurement tracking. DPR emphasizes growth and hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Prior internship, co-op, or related experience in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists project teams with daily field coordination and documentation of construction activities.
• Supports project engineers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify scope and design requirements.
• Collects and organizes data for project logs, daily reports, and safety records.
• Observes site operations to understand construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Participates in project meetings and supports preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
• Assists with procurement tracking and materials management.
• Collaborates with team members to promote DPR Construction’s safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
