Responsibilities

• Assist with daily jobsite setup, organization, housekeeping, and protection of completed work.
• Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Learn to interpret construction plans and understand project sequencing.
• Support material tracking, delivery inspections, and inventory documentation.
• Assist with progress photos, daily logs, and construction software applications.
• Help prepare for inspections, walkthroughs, and punch-list activities.
• Perform assigned field tasks and material handling under supervision and after appropriate training.
• Communicate project updates, questions, and concerns to field supervisors.
• Maintain professional working relationships with team members and trade partners.

We are seeking a Construction Intern to gain hands‑on experience supporting residential construction projects. This paid position provides an opportunity to learn jobsite operations, construction sequencing, project documentation, safety practices, and quality standards while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

Students, recent graduates, trade school students, and entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous construction experience is not required.

Compensation and Schedule
