Job summary

Actalent in Atlanta is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to supervise and coordinate production team activities on a 100% onsite basis in the Fayetteville/Atlanta area. This role drives efficiency, quality and timely delivery for construction management and fiber installation efforts.

The contract position focuses on staffing, training, production tracking, quality control, and procurement, with no remote work and a pay rate around $95 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in Construction Management or Low Voltage installations.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management, data center, or fiber optic installation.
  • Experience in procuring fiber, phones, AV, furniture and overseeing installation.
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Integration Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
  • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
  • Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Essential Skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in Construction Management or Low Voltage installations
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management, data center, or fiber optic installation.
  • Experience in managing procurement of fiber, phones, AV, furniture, and overseeing installation.
Work Environment

This position requires a 100% onsite presence in Atlanta. The role demands access to specialized equipment and facilities. The daily schedule is estimated at 40 hours per week. Candidates should be equipped with a monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse, Class 2 safety helmet, Class 2 or higher vest, cut and impact-resistant gloves, ANSI Z87.1 or higher safety glasses or visor, and composite toe work boots that extend a minimum of 4 inches above the ankle. Bluebeam and P6 experience is beneficial. This role does not allow for remote work or flexible hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95.00 – $95.00/hr.
