Actalent in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in site setup, production readiness, and contractor coordination.

You will implement measures to boost efficiency, review operations with staff, and develop tracking and QA systems while hiring and evaluating team members. This is a contract, fully onsite role with a strong benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in data center infrastructure, technical knowledge, integration program/project management, vendor, and construction management.

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years experience in data center infrastructure, technical knowledge, integration program/project management, vendor, and construction management.

Work Environment

Located in Phoenix, this position requires 40 hours per week with a daily schedule of 10 hours. Equipment required includes a monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse, Class 2 Safety Helmet, Class 2 or higher vest, cut and impact-resistant gloves, ANSI Z87.1 or higher safety glasses or visor, and composite toe work boots that are leather or leather alternative extending a minimum of 4 inches above the ankle. Additionally, a Class 2 or higher reflective jacket suitable for cold and wet weather is necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
