• 5+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Review initial contracts for benefits, risks, and potential disadvantages; coordinate legal and insurance reviews.
• Oversee project-specific insurance coverages throughout the lifecycle.
• Evaluate and manage OCIP/ Builders' Risk and other project-specific policies; track enrollments.
• Assist with procurement of contract-specific insurance coverages to meet contract requirements.
• Present insurance coverage issues related to contracts to management.
• Analyze insurable risks and coordinate with project teams on coverage.
