The Insurance & Contract Specialistplays a key role in supporting all insurance and contract-related activities within a heavy civil construction environment. Working with minimal supervision, this individual reviews insurance provisions within contracts, manages insurance-related documentation, and maintains a strong understanding of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP). Success in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
