Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, trade school preferred.
• At least 6 months of related construction, carpentry, remodeling, HVAC, or related trades experience.
• Ability to read measurements and follow installation specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install doors, windows, roofing systems, vinyl siding, skirting, decking, steps, and HVAC systems per manufacturer specs.
• Pre-measure job sites to determine material needs and ensure proper preparation.
• Load and manage materials and equipment; return unused inventory.
• Complete required job paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate with office staff after each job to report status and delays.
• Manage time to complete scheduled jobs daily.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Use test instruments and interpret readings when required.
• Provide professional, respectful customer service at all times.
• Report job-site issues promptly to management.
• Work safely and independently or as part of a team.
