Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain safe, organized job sites.
• Assist with installation of tanks, piping systems, and related equipment.
• Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading and compaction.
• Read and interpret project plans, specs, and work instructions.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Measure and mark work areas per project requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools, jackhammers, drills, and tampers.
• Assist with concrete form setup, placement, and finishing.
• Conduct testing and inspections as directed.
• Operate and maintain air monitoring and sampling equipment in confined spaces and hazardous environments.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support crew with additional duties to complete projects.

In this role, you will assist with the installation of underground tank systems, piping, excavation, testing, and site preparation at commercial and industrial facilities. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop in-demand skills, and contribute to projects that keep businesses and communities operating safely and efficiently.

Essential Functions Statements

• Prepare and maintain safe, organized job sites.
• Assist with the installation of tanks, piping systems, and related equipment.
• Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and compaction activities.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work instructions.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Experience

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Willingness to travel as required for projects.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
