Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Construction/Installation Manager to lead multiple installation crews in Pacific, WA. You will oversee production operations, coordinate with clients, and drive revenue while ensuring top customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years of progressive installation experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication across all levels. Expect a hands-on manager position with growth opportunities and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience (residential, home improvement construction preferred).
• Leadership skills to motivate staff and manage an installation team (5 crews).
• Able to relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
• Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow.
• Dependable with thorough follow-up and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all production operations including installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.
• Reviewing installation situations with clients before, during and after install.
• Manage installation crews installing, servicing and repairing bath and shower systems.
• Conduct site visits and meet with customers to review experience.
• Manage installation revenue and report success to leadership.
• Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Drive a safety-minded culture and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.

Construction/Installation Manager job duties

• Supervising all production operations such as installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for handling and reviewing installation situations with clients prior, during and post install.
• Manages and monitors a team of Installation crews responsible for installing, servicing and repairing bath and shower systems.
• Conducts site visits to include meeting with customers to review customer experience.
• Managing Installation revenue, reporting success to leadership.
• Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
• Responsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project invoicing and payment collection.

Construction/Installation Manager Experience

• 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience (Experience in residential, home improvement construction preferred)
• Leadership skills to motivate staff and manage an Installation team (5 Installation Crews)
