NV5's Melville, NY office seeks Construction Inspectors to work on roadway and bridge projects in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. NICET II with 2 years' experience required; NYSDOT experience is a plus.

You will inspect activities, prepare daily reports, verify contractor quantities, and help ensure proper application of project quality measures. OSHA/ACI certifications are preferred, and a competitive benefits package is included.

Requirements

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Engineering, and/or NICET II certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Certifications/Licenses:

Compensation: $46.00

Base pay offered for this New York–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered. This disclosure is provided in accordance with New York Senate Bill S1326. Base pay information is determined by market location.
