Job summary

NV5's Melville, NY office is seeking Construction Inspectors to work on roadway and bridge projects in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Candidates should have NICET II or equivalent with at least 2 years on similar construction projects, and NYSDOT experience is preferred.

OSHA and ACI certifications are beneficial. Responsibilities include inspecting construction activities, preparing daily inspector reports, and ensuring the implementation of MPT.

Compensation: $46.00

Base pay offered for this New York–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered. This disclosure is provided in accordance with New York Senate Bill S1326. Base pay information is determined by market location.
