Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend contract documents, plans, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project construction personnel and contractors.
- Interest in experience with inspection on large, multi-discipline projects.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Observe construction projects to identify and document work that is being performed in accordance with approved contract documents, plans, and specifications
- Prepare detailed daily reports that will record the daily activities and be submitted for the project needs
- Provide site support for on-site engineering subcontractors
- Report contract changes and document any possible project issues
- Monitor all on-site activities while representing GPI and the client
