An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Construction Inspector to ensure quality and compliance on various construction projects. In this role, you will perform inspections, document findings, and communicate effectively with project managers and clients. General Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections of construction projects to monitor quality and adherence to building code requirements, construction drawings, and project specifications. Inspections may involve multiple disciplines or focus within a specific area such as structural steel, concrete, masonry, fireproofing, etc. The role includes visual/physical inspections and field testing to verify compliance with plans and specifications. Prepare inspection reports and document observations and testing results. Communicate findings to engineers or project managers and collaborate on solutions to potential issues. Adhere to strict safety standards.
The salary range for this position is $32.00 to $44.50 per hour, adjusted based on location, qualifications, and experience.
