Job summary

SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking Construction Inspectors to provide on-site inspection services for NYC Health + Hospitals capital construction projects across all five boroughs.

You will serve as the eyes and ears of the construction management team, ensuring contractor compliance and documenting daily field conditions. Responsibilities include daily reports, identifying non-conforming work, and coordinating with the Project Manager for submittals and RFIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction inspection experience; healthcare/occupied facilities preferred.
• NICET certification, NYC DOB Special Inspection, or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with NYC construction codes, safety regulations, and prevailing wage.
• Strong written communication for daily reports and documentation.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities
