Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY and Albany, NY. This role involves field observation, documentation, and interpretation of construction documents, with regular travel to site locations.

Based out of our Albany or Poughkeepsie office, the position focuses on delivering high-quality project outcomes while supporting a collaborative, employee-owned firm culture with strong growth and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Construction Inspection experience.
• 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation and documentation on project sites.
• Travel to field locations in Albany or Poughkeepsie on a regular basis.
• Interpret construction documents and prepare field and record documents.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with plans and specifications.
