LaBella Associates is seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join our team in Albany and Poughkeepsie, NY. The role involves on-site observation, documentation, and travel to field locations to support high-quality project delivery.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of inspection experience (or a relevant degree with 1–3 years) and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive pay and benefits as part of an employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture with 1–3 years of inspection experience.
• Experience with erosion and sediment control and SWPPP inspections is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential; travel to field sites required.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation and documentation at project sites.
• Interpret construction documents and prepare field reports and record documents.
• Travel regularly to Albany or Poughkeepsie and other field locations.
• Collaborate with project teams to support quality and safety standards.
