WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Construction Inspector to manage road, bridge, and associated construction projects valued from $1 to $50 million in Maine. The inspector will work closely with contractors, complete daily reports, and ensure safety standards are met.
Qualified applicants should have a High School Diploma, 5 years of experience in construction inspection, and valid driver’s license. Preferred candidates will possess an Associate of Science degree in a related field and experience with construction management software.
WSP is initiating a search for a Construction Inspector to oversee road, bridge, and associated construction projects with values ranging from $1 to $50 million. The position can be based in Portland, Augusta or Eliot, ME, or Merrimack, NH. The inspector will monitor various work elements including excavation, backfilling, compaction, cast‑in‑place concrete, precast installation, bridge components, rail, drainage, paving, and incidental items, and will report to the Resident Engineer or their designee.
