We are looking to hire an experienced Construction Inspector!

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate plans and specifications for construction projects to ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct field inspections to assess standards of building structures and materials
• Perform field and laboratory tests on materials to verify compliance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Inspect existing structures following natural disasters or other events affecting integrity

Construction Inspector Requirements:

• Strong construction background
• Training in confined space and OSHA safety standards is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of fall protection and work zone safety
• ACI certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Strong communication skills
• Availability at any hour is a plus
• Ability to work weekends is a plus
• Overtime pay
