Your New Role:

1. Conduct thorough condition assessments.
2. Lead daily inspections and generate detailed survey reports.

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Inspector.
• Experience in building electrical, mechanical, structural, or architectural condition assessments.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Support for 8-hour shifts from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends or off-shift support.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Atlantic City, NJ (relocation fee negotiable).
