Job summary

TPD in Vineland, NJ, is hiring Construction Inspectors to observe field activities, verify compliance with plans, and help prepare daily reports and pay estimates. You will coordinate with management to support project goals and deliver accurate documentation.

Requirements include a B.S. in Civil Engineering or at least two years of inspection experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver\'s license.

Job description

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Observe construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare daily reports, quantity measurements and computations. Assist with progress reports andPay Estimates.
• Communicate with the Senior Management to assist with meeting the project goals.

Job Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or at least 2 years of prior experience in Construction Inspection through internships or employmentrequired.
• NICET all Levels a plus but not required.
• ACI, NJSAT, TCC, CCTC, and/or OSHA 10 a plus but not required.
• Able to work overtime, some nights, or weekends as needed.
• Ability to drive to and from, on, or around a project site during all times of the day.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License

Pay Range:$29/hour to $35/hour
