Job summary

Une entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un Inspecteur de Construction Civil pour des projets d'infrastructure municipal, y compris les systèmes de distribution d'eau et d'égouts. Ce rôle exige la documentation des activités de construction, le suivi des matériaux et la liaison avec les parties prenantes. Une expérience antérieure en inspection de construction est requise, et une capacité à travailler de manière autonome est essentielle.

Qualifications

• 3+ années d'expérience en inspection et/ou gestion de construction.
• Capacité à maintenir des notes et rapports quotidiens.
• Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide.

Responsibilities

• Documenter les activités de construction quotidiennes.
• Maintenir des journaux d'inspection et des rapports hebdomadaires.
• Liaison avec les ingénieurs et les agences gouvernementales.

Summary – Civil Construction Inspector - CEI: We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Inspector for an exciting growth opportunity with areas of expertise in municipal water and sewer distribution and collection systems, roadway, and site infrastructure.

Responsibility Summary - Civil Construction Inspector - CEI:

• Document daily construction activities.
• Maintain daily inspection logs and weekly reports.
• Measurement and tracking of materials, labor, and work completed.
• Payment application review.
• Assist engineer in responding to work claims and change orders.
• As-built documentation, monitoring of contractor scheduling, and assistance with municipal permit.
• Liaison with engineer, contractor(s), government agencies, and municipality.

Qualification Summary – Civil Construction Inspector - CEI:

• Must be capable of maintaining both written and computer-generated daily notes, logs and reports.
• 3+ construction inspection and/or management experience
• Must have valid driver’s license (company vehicle will be provided for work purposes)
• Must be physically able to navigate active construction sites.
• Must be capable of working independently
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and various web-based file sharing databases and construction management systems.
