Minimum Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Construction Inspector in any industry.
2. 5 years of demonstrable building electrical/mechanical/structural/Architectural condition assessment experience.
3. Eligible to work in the United States.
4. Ability to obtain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance.
5. Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
6. Ability to support 8-hour shifts ranging from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours per week. Weekend and off-shift support may be required in rare instances.
7. Willing to commute/relocate to Atlantic City, NJ Airport (Negotiable relocation fee for candidates willing to relocate temporarily).
