• Conducting thorough condition assessments.

• Leading daily inspections and generating detailed survey reports.

• Crafting cost estimates and action plans for facility issues.

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Inspector in any industry

• 5 years of demonstrable building electrical/mechanical/structural/Architectural condition assessment experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Ability to obtain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to support 8-hour shifts ranging from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours per week. Weekend and off-shift support may be required in rare instances

• Willing to commute/relocate to Atlantic City, NJ Airport (Negotiable relocation fee for candidates willing to relocate temporarily)
