Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Inspector located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Construction Inspector will be responsible for conducting site inspections for construction projects as well as real estate appraisal inspections, ensuring quality control, overseeing asphalt and construction management tasks, documenting findings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with building codes and standards. Applicants must have a driver’s license and access to a car (e.g., rental car) to apply.
