Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates/bachelor's preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections on structural and civil projects under the supervision of licensed engineers
• Document site conditions, construction progress, and compliance with plans and specifications
• Assist with construction administration services, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and contractor documentation
• Support structural condition assessments and evaluations of existing buildings and infrastructure
• Prepare written reports, field notes, and photographic documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
