Coleman Consulting Group LLC are looking for Construction Managers/Construction Inspectors to deploy for various State projects.

  • Conduct inspections at sites and facilities damaged by disasters to determine and document the extent of disaster related damages.
  • Measure facilities and components of facilities using the most efficient tools
  • Document grant applicants damage claims through a Site Inspection Report (SIR), a Damage Description and Dimensions (DDD) and by capturing Essential Elements of Information (EEI).
  • Compile documentation and enters data into FEMAs Grant Manager software. Experience in EMMIE, CostWorks and RS Means is a plus.
  • Provides customer service to assigned applicants throughout the PA grant management process.
  • Coordinates with numerous stakeholders, such as recipients and subrecipients, to complete PA grants
  • Provides good customer service to applicants through prompt follow-up and a professional demeanor.
  • 5+ years experience as a Building Inspector, Construction Manager, or related position or 10 years or more without a degree
  • Prior experience working FEMA Public Assistance required
  • Have great customer service
  • Experience in utilities required
