Job summary

Flintco is seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to lead our safety program across construction sites in the Cordova, TN area. You will design site-specific safety plans, conduct audits, and coordinate with on-site subcontractors and clients to uphold our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in health & safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years health & safety experience in construction (or 10–15 years construction).
• CHST, ASP or CHSO certification and First Aid/CPR/AED; 30-hour OSHA required.

Responsibilities

• Designs site-specific safety programs.
• Conducts random safety audits and reviews results.
• Interfaces with on-site subcontractors and suppliers.
