The role emphasizes training, incident investigations, risk assessment, and effective communication with clients and partners. Candidates should hold CHST/OHST/ASP/CSD or a BS in OSH and be on track for CSP/SMS.

Qualifications

• CHST, OHST, ASP (BCSP), CSD (NASP) or BS in OSH.
• On path to CSP or SMS (BCSP) or MSP (NASP).
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HSE management systems for projects.
• Provide technical and behavioral leadership to the project team.
• Develop, facilitate, and conduct HSE training and ensure tracking.
• Assist management in risk planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation.
• Provide direction for HSE staff and communicate project health and safety status.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare reports.
• Communicate with client, partners, visitors, and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
