Qualifications

• Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and worker engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide SHE leadership, assurance, and subject matter expertise across construction projects.
• Monitor contractor SHE performance through audits, inspections, and safety plans.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action tracking.
• Develop SHE reporting and dashboards to drive continuous safety improvements.
