• Coordinate and expedite housing development and rehabilitation projects.
• Represent the organization at meetings with HUD/BIA/IHS staff and other stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence, minutes, and reports for boards and agencies.
• Track tasks and timelines for site selection, reports, appraisals, and planning activities.
• Assist in preparation of bid packages, construction contracts, and closeout documents.
• Ensure environmental compliance and release of funds documentation is obtained.
• Maintain records for labor compliance and Indian Preference per contracts.
• Assist Tribes in policy development related to new construction and rehabilitation.
• Conduct inspections and prepare inspection reports as required.
• Process intake, income documentation, and eligibility for services.
• Maintain files documenting activities and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by CD Manager.
