Location: CIMCO DUNCAN, 150 Parkway W, Duncan, SC 29334, USA

Perform general labor duties to support construction crews, including material handling and site preparation.

Cut, bevel, paint, and prepare construction materials according to project requirements.

Organize, stage, and store materials in a tidy and safe manner to maintain efficient workflow.

Maintain site cleanliness through sweeping, debris removal, and general housekeeping.

Regularly perform tasks at heights using proper safety procedures.

Participate in required training and development activities.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant construction or general labor experience
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in awkward positions
• Ability to work in environments with temperature extremes, fumes, humidity, and moving machinery
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
