Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in the trade field.
• Must own basic Hand Tools.
• Must wear proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and site cleanup duties.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, building materials, and supplies.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Remove debris, trash, and excess materials from jobsites.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with grading and site preparation.
• Operate basic machinery and power tools including drills, saws, and other construction equipment.
• Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen as needed.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support daily construction activities as directed by supervisors.
